1. Do you know Shah Jahan wanted to build another Taj Mahal…one with black marble!
2. Stones to build the Taj were brought from as far away as Tibet and Sri Lanka.
3. Construction of the Taj Mahal started in 1631.
4. It was love at first sight for Shah Jahan when he saw Mumtaz Mahal at the age of 14.
